Breakdown Service
Our Lift Breakdown Service provides a 24 hour call out service 365 days a year, which is particularly important where lift operation is needed around the clock or there is a risk passengers could be trapped. Our engineers are on constant stand-by to respond to your emergency.
Our resources include:
GPS monitored fleet to ensure swift response
Dedicated Customer Care Team
NVQ qualified / trained engineers
Emergency response vehicles stocked with a range of spare parts
Full technical backup from senior engineers
Swift response within 2 hours (maximum 4 hours)
Cardiff Lift Company lifts are fitted with hands-free auto dialler emergency call systems which automatically contact our emergency service centre on activation of the emergency alarm button.
Our fleet also consists of several 4x4 vehicles to enable us to attend even in the most adverse weather conditions, providing confidence to our customers in more remote areas.
Although all calls related to trapped passengers are attended regardless of contract status, we prioritise our existing contracted customers, who are provided with a direct call out number on one of our Cardiff Lift Company Care plans.
